Frequency Holders ~
by Eckhart Tolle
Others, after the natural expansion that comes with growing up has run its course, lead an outwardly unremarkable, seemingly more passive and relatively uneventful existence. They are more inward looking by nature, and for them the outward movement into form is minimal. They would rather return home than go out.
"Reading by Window" by Charles James Lewis |
They have no desire to get strongly involved in or change the world. If they have any ambitions, they usually don’t go beyond finding something to do that gives them a degree of independence.
Some of them find it hard to fit into this world. Some are lucky enough to find a protective niche where they can lead a relatively sheltered life, a job that provides them with a regular income or a small business of their own. Some may feel drawn toward living in a spiritual community or monastery. Others may become dropouts and live on the margins of society they feel they have little in common with. Some turn to drugs because they find living in this world too painful. Others eventually become healers or spiritual teachers, that is to say, teachers of Being.
In past ages, they would probably have been called contemplatives. There is no place for them, it seems, in our contemporary civilization. On the arising new earth, however, their role is just as vital as that of the creators, the doers, the reformers. Their function is to anchor the frequency of the new consciousness on this planet.
I call them the frequency holders.
They are here to generate consciousness through the activities of daily life, through their interactions with others as well as through “just being.” In this way, they endow the seemingly insignificant with profound meaning. Their task is to bring spacious stillness into this world by being absolutely Present in whatever they do. There is consciousness and therefore quality in what they do, even the simplest task.
" At the Sewing Machine" by "Ignat Bednarik |
Their purpose is to do everything in a sacred manner. As each human being is an integral part of the collective human consciousness, they affect the world much more deeply than is visible on the surface of their lives.''

Bless him...I love his work. "The Power of Now" changed my life 10 years ago.
ReplyDeleteResonating withinin the depths of my soul. And yours too. :) The images you chose here are wonderful. I actually have had the woman reading at the windowsill on my sidebar for a couple of years...she speaks to me. I suppose I should credit the artist! ;)))
And Bless YOU, dear one...I've been away for such a long time. But I don't need to explain this to you, kindred.
How are you?
Sending LOVE...

I thought of this beautiful article and reposted here on this blog as it is so appropriate for Empaths.
DeleteI think some of us here ''merely'' hold frequencies of love within our selves. Some of us are attacked regularly and still this doesn't change our love vibration within....we may go through turmoil but our inner love remains incorruptible.
I've been thinking about you alot, you gentle, beautiful, emotional soul.....every day almost.....sometimes with my rose tea which is finally finished, and then with the little blue earrings I wear almost every day too, especially in the morning time when I am either gardening, jogging etc.....I have been wondering how you are doing too. warmest hugs.
What he is describing in actuality is what some refer to as "Indigo Adults"; they come to this earth injected with more consciousness (enlightenment) than others for the purpose of facilitating more enlightenment in others.
ReplyDeleteYes Sandy he is. Also those Indigo children I just mentioned to someone the other day are now adults, and they are still holding that higher frequency. thank you for commenting.
DeleteYes Serena, I am an Indigo Adult and recognize so much of myself in his description. I am part of the few that came a little earlier than the major influx, as I was born in 1968. I appreciate your posting and may peace be with you!!
